Step-By-Step Instructions

Step 1: Scan

The customer scans the QR code shown on the staff member’s phone. This opens your business’s Google Review page.

Step 2: Tap

They select a star rating. Meanwhile, the review—crafted from their own spoken feedback—is already copied to their clipboard.

Step 3: Paste & Post

They paste the review content into the comment box and tap “Post.” That’s it.
