Admin Console Guide
Overview
After logging in with OTP, the admin lands in the Admin Console. The overview shows everything needed to start and run review collection.
QR Code
Each business is provided with a unique staff QR code. Download and share it with staff, or print and place it in a staff-only area, as it is used exclusively by staff to access and start the feedback collection flow. This QR code is not intended for customers and should not be displayed in customer-facing locations. If a staff member associated with the business leaves and you need a new, unique staff QR code issued for security purposes, please contact Support for assistance.
Analytics
View: number of reviews generated and current subscription status.
Offerings
This specifies what the business offers. Offerings appear in the customer feedback questionnaire on the Staff Portal and influence how reviews are written. The admin can add, edit, or remove offerings at any time. Upload as a photo, PDF, Excel, or type directly.
Keywords
8 default keywords are assigned based on business type. These represent the customer experience you want to highlight. Keywords appear in the feedback questionnaire and influence review tone and content. You can edit or replace any keyword, but the total always stays at 8. Reviews remain natural, keywords guide the system, and it is never forced.

Subscription
View current plan (Trial, $9.99 Intro, $29.99 Regular), status, and renewal date. Managed via App Store or Play Store with monthly auto-renewal.
Offerings Management
Add, edit, or remove offerings at any time.
QR Code Management
Download and share the staff QR code.
Logout
Sign out of the Admin Console.
