The customer scans the QR code shown on the staff member's phone. This opens the business's Google Review page.

Paste and Post
The review content, generated from the customer's spoken feedback, is already copied to the clipboard. The customer pastes it into the comment box and taps Post. Done.
The customer always has final control. Nothing is posted without their action. They can edit the text before posting if they want to. The flow keeps the customer journey simple while ensuring reviews are authentic and effortless.
