Is the review posted by the real customer?

Yes. The customer posts the review from their own Google account. CRUD only generates the text — the posting is 100% done by the real customer, making every review authentic and compliant with Google's guidelines.

Enrollment Guide

Download the App

Download -C-R-U-D- Review from the App Store (iOS) or Play Store (Android).

Open Enrollment

Open the app. Tap Enroll.

Find Your Business

Paste your Google Business Profile URL or search for your business and fetch the details. The system automatically retrieves key business details, including the business name, business category, Google review count, rating, and review link. No manual entry is required for these fields.

Add Contact Details

Enter the primary contact person's details: name, phone number (WhatsApp-enabled), and email address.

Add Offerings

Share what the business offers (menu items, services, products). Upload as an image, PDF, or Excel file, or type directly into the text box. This step is optional during enrollment and can also be completed later from the Admin Console.

Submit

Review the information. Accept Terms and Conditions. Tap Submit.

Start Free Trial & Subscribe

After submitting the enrollment form, the Paywall page is displayed.

For Apple users: Tap Start 3-Day Free Trial. The Apple payment screen will show the trial details and the regular price of $29.99/month after the trial period. To get the special first-year price of $9.99/month, apply the promo code provided during the Apple payment process. Once the payment is confirmed, a screen will appear showing that the trial has started. Tap Sign In to continue to the Login page.
For Android users: Tap Start 3-Day Free Trial. The Google Play payment screen will automatically show the special introductory price of $9.99/month after the trial period. Complete the payment through Google Play. Once the payment is confirmed, a screen will appear showing that the trial has started. Tap Sign In to continue to the Login page.

Login and Access

Enter the phone number, and an OTP will be sent. Enter the OTP to verify the account. After successful verification, the admin is logged in and redirected to the Admin Console. The account is now live for the first review to be generated.
