Welcome to -C-R-U-D- (“we,” “us,” “our”). These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website (www.crudreview.com), digital onboarding system, and any related features, tools, or services made available by -C-R-U-D-.

Please read these Terms carefully. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to be bound by them.

Who We Are

-C-R-U-D- is a digital review tool that helps businesses generate narrative-driven, personalized customer reviews by capturing contextual feedback and effortlessly publishing it to trusted review platforms.

We offer:

• Self-service onboarding and customer-facing businesses.
• QR-code-based review workflows.
• Pay-per-review recharge system.
• Dashboards for managing reviews and recharges.

Who Can Use -C-R-U-D-

You may use our services only if:

• You are at least 18 years old.
• You are authorized to act on behalf of the business being onboarded.
• You comply with these Terms and all applicable laws.

We reserve the right to reject, suspend, or terminate access for any misuse or false information.

Account and Registration

• You are responsible for providing accurate business information (e.g., name, location, review link, menu upload).
• You agree to receive OTPs for login and operational communication via SMS, WhatsApp, or email.
• You are solely responsible for the activity that occurs under your account.

Intellectual Property

All platform workflows, review-generation prompts, QR systems, UI/UX designs, and branding are proprietary to -C-R-U-D-. You agree not to:

• Copy, modify, reverse engineer, or exploit any part of the system.
• Use our workflows or interface in competitive or derivative works.
• Claim ownership over reviews generated via -C-R-U-D- technology.

This includes visual layout, flow sequencing, QR-based redirection, clipboard interaction logic, and narrative personalization prompts — all of which are proprietary intellectual property of -C-R-U-D-.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use -C-R-U-D- for fraudulent or deceptive activity.
• Post or submit false or misleading business information.
• Tamper with or interfere with our QR codes, workflows, or API logic.
• Use automated scripts, bots, or scraping tools on our site.

-C-R-U-D- reserves the right to take appropriate legal action in response to prohibited conduct.

Payment and Recharge

• Our pricing follows a pay-per-review model.
• You agree to recharge your account to use the system. Recharges are non-refundable once reviews are successfully processed.
• Pricing tiers are publicly disclosed and may evolve over time. You will always be notified before pricing changes affect your account.
• If your account remains inactive (i.e., not recharged and not on auto-recharge) for 28 consecutive days, reactivation will require a re-onboarding process to reinstate all dashboard data. A service and processing fee of ₹250 will apply.
• If, for any reason, you require a new QR code for login access and wish to invalidate the old one, a one-time service and processing fee of ₹1000 will be charged.

Generated Review Content

-C-R-U-D- generates narrative text based on contextual input provided during the customer interaction. You agree that:

• All generated text is offered as a suggestion.
• Customers have the right to edit, modify, or delete content before submission.
• -C-R-U-D- is not liable for content posted by customers on third-party platforms (e.g., Google Reviews).

You are responsible for ensuring your staff gathers inputs ethically and respects customer consent.

Platform Integrations

-C-R-U-D- may offer redirection to external review platforms (e.g., Google) via QR codes or clipboard automation. We do not:

• Control the final content published on third-party platforms.
• Guarantee platform-specific review visibility, indexing, or moderation approval.
• Offer formal integrations (e.g., via APIs) unless explicitly stated.

All third-party logos and platform names are owned by their respective companies.

Termination of Service

You may stop using -C-R-U-D- at any time by discontinuing your account activity. However, please note the following:

• Businesses that have completed onboarding and recharged may not engage with copycat, derivative, or competitive solutions offering similar workflows or functionality without violating our IP protections and usage terms.
• -C-R-U-D- retains the right to suspend or terminate access at any time in the event of:
  • Violation of these Terms.
  • Use of the system to create competitive replicas, reverse-engineering, or imitation.
  • Fraudulent, abusive, or deceptive activity.
  • Failure to maintain required recharge balances or breach of commercial terms.
• Any business found actively engaging with similar services after onboarding with -C-R-U-D- will be considered in breach of exclusivity terms stated in our onboarding fine print and will be subject to appropriate legal action, including, where applicable, IP enforcement.
• All reviews generated via -C-R-U-D- remain the intellectual property of the customer and cannot be modified or erased by the business or -C-R-U-D- post-submission.
• Upon termination, all recharges remaining in your account are non-refundable but accessible until consumed unless the termination results from a policy breach.

No Warranties

-C-R-U-D- is provided “as is” and “as available.” We do not guarantee:

• Continuous, error-free operation.
• Review acceptance or publication by third-party platforms.
• Revenue or traffic increase based on reviews generated.

We will strive to deliver a high-quality service, but you use it at your own discretion.

These exclusivity protections are not contingent on a signed non-compete. Onboarding and activation imply acceptance of exclusivity within the business category. Any direct imitation, even with modified user flows, will be pursued under intellectual property and trade dress violations to the full extent of applicable law.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, -C-R-U-D- is not liable for:

• Lost revenue, opportunity, or goodwill.
• Any indirect or consequential damages.
• Platform downtime or review platform restrictions.

Maximum liability, if any, is limited to the total recharge amount in the last 30 days.

Modifications to Terms

We may update these Terms occasionally. When we do:

• We'll post the new version here.
• Significant changes will be communicated via email or dashboard alerts.
