This training material enables business partners to navigate and use the –C-R-U-D– Review Admin Dashboard as their central hub—for managing workflows, updating offerings, tracking review credits, and positioning customer
feedback to strengthen their online reputation.
Step-By-Step Instructions
1. The Staff Login QR Code
This is the key tool your team uses to access their review collection portal.
- First-Time Activation: On your first login, click the QR code once to activate it.

- Usage: Team members (e.g., frontline staff or service reps) scan the QR code on their phones to begin collecting customer input.
- Best Practice: Print the QR code and place it in a secure, staff-only area.
2. Offering Management
Clear, specific inputs lead to more useful review narratives. The system uses your listed items or services to generate detailed, context-rich reviews.
- Manual Edits: Add or remove offerings at any time.
- Bulk Upload: Upload your full list using a CSV file. The system auto-processes the data.

3. Credits & Recharging
Each credit equals one structured review generation.
- Balance Tracking: Monitor available credits in real time on your dashboard.

- Recharging: Click “Recharge Now” to buy more credits when running low.

- Note: If your balance hits zero, the review collection flow will be temporarily blocked for your team.
4. Strategic Keyword Positioning
Guide the tone and themes of your review narratives to align with your brand identity.
- Choose Keywords:
- You’ll find a set of 8 default keywords — such as ambience, service, value for money, portion size, etc. These represent the key qualities of a restaurant experience.

- You can edit any or all of them.
- The total number of active keywords will always remain at 8.
- How It Works:
- These keywords are visible on the staff portal and used as input tags
- during review generation. The system weaves them naturally into the
- review content, ensuring the brand’s core values are subtly highlighted in every review.
- Why It Matters:
- By choosing keywords that reflect your desired positioning you guide the
- tone of customer narratives.
- This improves:
- Review relevance
- Brand consistency
- Google search visibility for relevant terms.
